Our journey with Boji Group began with their acquisition of the Michigan National Bank Building, now known as Boji Tower. Interestingly, Martin’s connection to this landmark goes back even further—over 40 years—when we served as the brokerage firm for Michigan National Bank itself. The Louie: A Vision Realized

The latest chapter in this story is The Louie, formerly the Senate Office Building. Boji Group purchased the property at auction and transformed it into a Class A office building offering unparalleled views of the Michigan State Capitol. This ambitious renovation reflects Boji Group’s commitment to excellence and innovation in Lansing’s downtown landscape.

Strategic Marketing Amid Unprecedented Challenges

Partnering with Boji Group, our team—led by Executive Vice President Eric Rosekrans—developed a strategic marketing plan to attract tenants that aligned with The Louie’s premium profile. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 era, when many office markets faced declining demand due to remote and hybrid work trends, The Louie stood out as a welcome alternative for organizations seeking high-quality, centrally located office space in Downtown Lansing.
