Concrete General Superintendent
Position Overview Martin Commercial, LLC is seeking a driven, field-focused General Superintendent-Concrete to lead and oversee all concrete field operations. This role is responsible for project execution, manpower planning, schedule performance, safety, and quality across multiple active jobs. The General Superintendent serves as the senior field leader for the concrete division — ensuring projects are properly planned, executed efficiently, and delivered safely, on time, and profitably. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Estimating, and Executive Leadership to drive operational excellence and support company growth. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive project execution plans prior to mobilization. Collaborate with operational teams during project turnover and planning. Review project documents to identify obstacles, risks, and opportunities. Prepare field teams to execute using defined planning processes and production goals. Ensure accurate project documentation including T&Q reports. Track and validate time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets. Monitor manpower, equipment, and production to ensure execution goals are met. Adjust field plans as necessary to maintain schedule and performance targets. Communicate project status clearly and timely to leadership and project stakeholders. Field Leadership & Operations Oversee all concrete field operations from mobilization through closeout.
