Madeline entered the property management industry in 2016. Prior to joining Martin Commercial Properties, she oversaw an assortment of residential communities. Madeline has experience in student housing, luxury housing, new construction lease-ups and more. She has been an active member of the National Apartment Association through the Mid-Michigan Chapter. Madeline uses strategic ways to grow clients’ real estate assets and always strives for excellence. Through her experience she has learned how to identify issues and implement effective solutions in order to exceed her clients’ expectations. She currently manages a portfolio of over 434,000 square feet for Martin Commercial Properties.
