Jerry is a veteran Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects.  Jerry earned his Construction Management degree from State University of New York at Delhi. In addition to his Florida Contactors License, he has a Construction Law Certification from American Society of Professional Estimators and a Construction Accounting & Cost Control Certification.
