Emelia graduated from MSU with a BFA in Graphic Design.  She is the recipient of numerous design honors and awards including the Design Excellence Award from the Faculty and Alumni at MSU, as well as the Silver Addy Student Award issued by Mid-Michigan Creative Alliance and the American Advertising Federation (AAF).
